You can cancel any plan at any time from the billing settings or the Polar customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access and your remaining credit allowance until then, and you are not charged again.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable by default; cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period. We review refunds case by case for billing errors, duplicate charges, and platform failures on our side.
Approved refunds are issued by Polar Software, Inc., our merchant of record, to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Credits have no cash value, reset with each allowance period, and do not roll over or convert to refunds. Failed (non-2xx) requests never consume credits in the first place.
Email [email protected] from your account email with the invoice reference (available in the Polar customer portal) and a short description of the issue. We respond within two business days.
